If you selected the design team, let us assist as your general contractor. As your construction partner, we will collaborate with your design team to make sure the design is buildable, work out any constructability issues we foresee and provide value engineering to save you time and money.
As a general contractor, we are experts in the building process, we know the market, the area and the vendors whom we’ve developed long standing relationships throughout the years with. We will hold your hand through the entire process to ensure you get the most out of it with:

- Fiscal responsibility and full transparency, which mean no hidden costs.
- On-time commitments with a seasoned project management team.

As an Owner’s Representative, we can represent our clients on any new construction or remodeling project they may have.
As an Owner’s Representative, we can represent our clients on any new construction or remodeling project. At P2 Builders, we organize and manage all aspects of our client’s project from beginning to end. Our goal is to maintain quality, increase productivity and mitigate risks while protecting our clients’ interests.
As the project’s “eyes and ears,” we provide the following for our clients:
Early Involvement – The P2 team will be involved from the very beginning. We will work with the client to understand and assess their needs and establish realistic project goals.
Effective Planning – P2 will work with the architect, engineer, designer, and general contractor to coordinate and develop the project schedule.
Development Assistance – P2 will assist the client in establishing a budget and will provide cost savings via the value engineering process.
Constructability Review – P2 will evaluate the contract drawings, specifications, and schedule for foreseeable constructability issues.
Budget Control – P2 will review contractor pay applications and continuously monitor progress to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
On-Site Representation – P2 will provide on-site representation to ensure work is being completed in conformance with construction plans, specifications, applicable building codes, industry standards, OSHA safety standards, and our best practices.
